DIET OR NOT

I've noticed that my body is weird. I could gain or lose weight so fast that it's crazy. So, yes, your girl have gained some weight and I'm getting used to it. The only problem is that I can no longer fit into my clothes that I really like to wear. I know some people might just shop for an entire new wardrobe but I'm a simple kinda girl. So, I decided to start planning(in my head of course) how I'm going to drop some of this weight before "HOT GIRL SUMMER" arrives. Although I'm a mother, which everyone knows is first priority but I want my kids to think that I'm beautiful and HOT!!!
So, I've been juggling my diet, exercise, and sleep routine. I haven't started yet because I'm still giving myself motivational speeches in my head about how important this is for me. GO AHEAD AND LAUGH AT ME. I'm unmotivated but the goal is to feel strong and sexy. For my young moms, you can relate to the struggle because it's real. Here are my thoughts:
- Start Aqua therapy (still thinking about that)
- Start doing some sit ups in my bed (still haven't started)
- Eat in moderation but I like food....so bad!!
- Maybe go hiking with my kiddos
- Dance?? or
- maybe just sleep the weight off...(idk it might disappear on it's own)
Any suggestions??
